Problems are a good thing. Any company that doesnt have its share of complicated problems probably doesnt have a very hearty business.

Certificates and Degrees are not essential in business. One must have Determination, passion, ambition, hustle, street smarts and common sense. Remember people support you when you are moving ahead . When you are successful they want to see you fall so they will make you think its not easy to compromise for their failures. They would then say behind you: I knew he would never make it.
